Our Thoughts:
In the world of watchmaking, the name Daniel Roth frequently arises as a pivotal influence on modern horology. While we could explore his remarkable revival of Breguet, today we celebrate his legacy as a groundbreaking independent watchmaker, one of the earliest in a category that has become increasingly prominent.
Roth's ability to craft intricate timepieces is unquestionable, but to carve out his own identity, he needed something truly distinctive. Enter the double ellipse case, a bold statement that redefined watch design and set a new path in the industry.
Among his earliest masterpieces is the Tourbillon Double Face C187, a testament to his passion for precision and elegance. This model mirrors the mechanical prowess and exquisite details that have become synonymous with Roth's name, drawing inspiration from his finest works at Breguet.
Rarity comes in many forms, and this Daniel Roth Tourbillon Double Face C187, with its unique and special two tone dial configuration, is a neo-vintage masterpiece that encapsulates the opulence of 1980s and 1990s watchmaking and beyond.
